Spiced Dried Radish

Wash the green radishes and carrots, control water, dry and cut into strips

Put it in salt and marinate for about 24 hours. Pour out the marinated water and leave it to dry for two to three days. Carrots and radishes can be marinated together, but my pots can’t be marinated separately

Boil water and put the dried radishes in the blanching water to control clean water.

Add appropriate amount of chili noodles and five-spice powder and stir well

It can be eaten a few days after marinating. When you eat it, use scissors to cut into pieces and put some sesame oil. OK
Tips:
The amount of salt, chili noodles, and five-spice powder can be put according to your own taste. The salt should be a little more, and it will break easily when it is small. It is recommended to use disposable gloves when mixing five-spice powder and chili noodles
