This "spicy dried tofu" is cooked with a "composite seasoning" similar to thirteen flavors. The normal production of dried tofu is usually made by pickling soybean curd and then drying. The dried tofu I made is different. I use dried tofu to taste and then press it with a homemade mold.

Spiced Dried Tofu

1. Cut the dried tofu into wide strips

2. Wrap the five-spice powder with gauze

3. Boil water in a pot, add the five-spice powder bag and cook for 10 minutes

4. Then add the dried tofu and cook for another 10 minutes

5. Add some dark soy sauce and salt to taste

6. Add the soda noodles, stir evenly, cook for 1 minute and then turn off the heat. Soak for about 5 minutes

7. Put the cooked dried tofu into the mold

8. Press for 20 minutes after capping

9. Serve dried tofu after demoulding

10. Change the knife to cut into pieces, you can keep refrigerated

11. Slice into a plate, ready to serve

Tips:

1. Do not use too much alkaline noodles, otherwise the taste will become astringent.
2. Other seasonings can be adjusted according to your own taste.
