Spiced Edamame
1.
Soak fresh edamame in clean water for about 10 minutes, then wash
2.
Put the edamame into the pot, add all the seasonings, add the uncooked edamame and the seasoned eggs, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and cook for 30 to 45 minutes. It can be eaten directly from time to time, but I usually soak it for an hour before eating it to add more flavor.
3.
The previous step is over. This is the seasoning used. There are no photos of salt and soy sauce. All seasonings can be added or subtracted according to your own taste. However, it is recommended that star anise and cinnamon should not be too much, which are very strong.
Tips:
Edamame must be cooked before eating, otherwise it will be poisoned.
This method can also be used for fresh peanuts that have just been on the market, and the taste is good, but the peanuts take longer to taste than edamame.
