Spiced Marinated Egg

The eggs are cooked in cold water and peeled for later use.

Prepare seasonings: salt, sugar, star anise, pepper, bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, grass fruit (I added a few peppers to enhance the flavor)

And white wine and soy sauce

Add appropriate amount of water to the small pot, put in various seasonings, turn to a low heat and simmer for half an hour after the high heat is boiled.

Put the boiled eggs in, if you want to taste faster, you can cut twice on the eggs.

After cooling, cover and put in the refrigerator to marinate for two days before serving.

The taste is really good.
