Spiced Peanuts

First prepare a boiled meat ingredient: 2 star anise, about 30 peppercorns, 2 grass fruits, 2 cardamom, 2 dried chilies, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 5 bay leaves, 2 cinnamon, 5 cloves .

The sun-dried peanuts need to be fried. I use the automatic stir-frying function of the bread machine. You can also roast them in the oven. If you use the oven, roast them at 150 degrees for about 20 minutes. The time and temperature should be flexibly controlled, which mainly depends on the degree of drying of the peanuts.

Stir-fried for an hour, the peanuts became crispy. Let it cool in the air and keep it in an airtight place. Just eat and take.
