Spiced Peanuts

Wash the peanuts and put them in a container, add pepper and cinnamon (if you don’t have cinnamon, you can use star anise instead of ha). You can add more salt, soak in boiling water for about one and a half hours, not more than two hours, otherwise it will be soaked.

After soaking, control the moisture and place it evenly in the baking tray

Preheat the oven at 200°C for 5 minutes, put the baking tray in the oven, heat up and down, bake at 200°C for 8 minutes, and you can put it on the plate.
Tips:
This method is suitable for medium-sized peanuts, and the extra-large peanuts need to be roasted for 3 to 5 minutes more.
