Spiced Pomfret

Buy back the pomfret and cut it directly

Then remove the internal organs, clean and drain the water

Put some cooking wine, salt, green onions, ginger and marinate for a while

Add some sesame oil to the pot

Saute shallots and ginger

According to the ratio of light soy sauce to sugar 1:2, add light soy sauce

Add sugar

Add five spice powder

Add some water to boil together, let cool and set aside

Put the pomfret in the frying pan

Deep-fried until the edges of the fish turn yellow

Take it out and soak it in the adjusted juice for a while
Tips:
For the preparation of the juice, I use the ratio of light soy sauce to sugar at 1:2. If you don't like sweetness, you can adjust it yourself. If you like darker colors, you can add some dark soy sauce!
