Ingredients

Spiced Quail Eggs

1. Quail eggs in a pot under cold water, boil and keep boiling for 5 minutes

2. Fish out, too cold water

3. Peel the shell and spare

4. Beer consumption display

5. Pour beer into a wok, add seafood soy sauce and five-spice powder, and stir well. Add quail eggs and bring to a boil

6. After boiling, change to medium heat and often turn the quail eggs or shake the spoon to keep the quail eggs evenly in contact with the soup. Simmer for about 10 minutes until the soup is dry.

7. Serve

Tips:

Boiled quail eggs are in cold water to make it easier to peel. Adding a spoonful of vegetable oil to the soup should be good, and the finished product will be more oily. Make improvements in the next process.
