Yesterday, I received the quail eggs from April Feng Fei's house in Bawang Supermarket. Thank you very much, Gourmet Jie, for allowing us to eat fresh and delicious food everywhere at home. The children in the family like the marinated eggs I make very much, and they will ask me to make some of them every once in a while. In the past, it was made with eggs. Today, it is replaced with quail eggs, which is easier to taste and has a stronger flavor.

Spiced Quail Eggs

1. The quail eggs are cooked in a pot, and the shells are removed for later use.

2. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and bring to a boil.

3. Prepare the accessories: green onion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, pepper, dried chili, grass fruit.

4. Put all the spices in a pot of boiling water.

5. Put in a piece of old marinade. My old marinade is frozen.

6. Put in quail eggs and eggs, and put in rock sugar. After the high heat is boiled, turn to a low heat and cook for half an hour. Put the eggs in the pot and soak for half an angel to add more flavor.
