Spiced Soy Beans with Peanuts
1.
Soak the soybeans and peanut kernels and wash them
2.
Add water to the pot, add soybeans and peanuts and cook. When it is half-cooked, add 4 grams of salt, 5 milliliters of soy sauce, and 10 grams of five-spice powder, and continue to cook; if the water is not enough, remember to add water.
3.
Drain the water after the soybeans are cooked
4.
Add 2 grams of salt, 2 grams of monosodium glutamate, 3 milliliters of soy sauce, 2 milliliters of vinegar, and 10 milliliters of drinking water in a small bowl to make a dip. You can add some chili powder if you like spicy food; you can also omit this step and eat the original flavor directly
Tips:
1. Remember to add water during the cooking process;
2. The dipping material can be eaten directly.
