Spiced Spicy Dry Robe

Prepare raw materials: white radish, five-spice powder, coarse salt, chili noodles.

Cut the white radish into thick slices, and then cut into 1 cm wide radish strips.

Put the radish sticks in a container, pour some coarse salt, and marinate for a week.

After marinating (the radish strips are too salty, soak them in clear water for a while), remove them, and place them on a drawer to dry. The sun is good, and it will be fine in two days.

Just dry it like this, don't dry it too much.

Pour the dried radishes back into the container.

Add five-spice powder and chili powder according to the taste, and knead it with your hands (wear disposable gloves) so that each radish stick is covered with the seasoning.
Tips:
I chose white radish, green radish is also fine; don’t use Bian radish, it is too spicy. Put the rubbed radish sticks into a bottle and leave it for 2 to 3 days to taste better.
