Spiced Spicy Soy Beans
1.
Soybeans are added to the water one night in advance, covered with plastic wrap, and soaked in the refrigerator.
2.
Clean the soaked soybeans, add bay leaves, star anise, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sugar and appropriate amount of water to the pot (the water is just over the beans).
3.
After the high heat is boiled, turn to medium and low heat and cook for 30 minutes.
4.
Cook the beans in the space to prepare the other ingredients: green tea, millet spicy, garlic.
5.
Cut the spicy millet into small circles, peel the garlic and cut into slices, and cut the green pepper into small dices about 1.5 cm.
6.
After the soybeans are cooked, remove the bay leaves and star anise and discard them.
7.
Observe the moisture in the pot, and put the spicy millet, green pepper, and garlic slices into the pot when it is almost dry.
8.
Turn off the heat after frying the aroma, pour a little pepper oil, mix well, and serve.
Tips:
1. Soybeans need to be soaked in advance, otherwise it will be difficult to boil soft.
