Ingredients: eggs. Seasoning: 20 grams of tea, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaf, ginger (sliced), rock sugar, pepper, soy sauce, and salt. Method: 1. Wash the eggs, put them in a pot, add an appropriate amount of cold water, cook on medium heat for about 8 minutes, remove them, soak them in cold water for a while, use a spoon to crack the egg shells evenly. 2.
