Spiced Tofu

Cut the tofu into small pieces and marinate lightly with salt.

Fry a small amount in the pan until golden on both sides.
3.
Put various seasonings into the pot, add water and tofu and cook together.
4.
Add a little broth to taste.
5.
Add a little oyster sauce for freshness.
6.
After boiling, turn to low heat and simmer for ten minutes.
