Spiced Tofu

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Cut the tofu into 1 cm thick slices.

3. Put it on the plate.

4. Put it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes to remove part of the water. Use kitchen paper towels to soak up the surface moisture.

5. Put the oil in the pan to heat up and fry the tofu.

6. Fry until golden on both sides and remove.

7. Add the bone broth to the pot, add all the seasonings and simmer for 5 minutes to make brine.

8. Soak the fried tofu in brine for 10 hours.

9. Take out the tofu and slice it diagonally.
