Spicy and Crispy Pork

Stir the shredded pork with soy flour and water.

Wash and shred green peppers, mince garlic.

Heat the oil in the pan and add the shredded pork.

Then add minced garlic and red 99 hot pot seasoning and stir fry until the shredded pork changes color. Add a small amount of cooking wine and dark soy sauce in the middle and stir fry.

Tips:
You can add eggs, soy flour, and ginger to the shredded pork.
