Spicy and Delicious Fried Oyster Mushrooms

Wash the oyster mushrooms and tear them into small pieces (this picture has not been torn but just washed)

Shred the green pepper, mince the garlic, and cut the millet into sections

Boil water in a pot, blanch the mushrooms in the pot for 1-2 minutes

Take it out and squeeze out the water

Put oil in the pot, add minced garlic and millet until fragrant

Add green pepper and stir fry for 2 minutes

Add the oyster mushrooms and continue to fry until the green peppers are broken

Add some salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a little sugar to taste
