Spicy and Delicious White Meat

Clean the pork belly and put it in the pot, add the shallots, ginger slices and cooking wine, then add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat;

Cover and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and let the pork belly simmer for 30 minutes;

Pick up the pork belly in the pot, soak it in cold boiling water until it cools, then cut the pork belly into 0.5 cm thick slices;

Rinse the cucumber, cut off the head and tail, use a knife to cut the cucumber into thin slices and set aside;

Tips:
1. Soak the cooked meat immediately in cold water, so that the meat will be firm and taste better.
2. Balsamic vinegar and cucumber can play a very good role in relieving greasiness. Even the pork belly with a large proportion of fat will not be greasy. If you use cooked sesame seeds, just sprinkle it at the end.
