Spicy Assorted Lotus Roots

The lotus root is peeled, washed, and then cut into cubes; the lotus root will turn black in contact with air, so soak the cut lotus root in water first to avoid oxidation and blackening~

Remove the stems and seeds of the green and red peppers and cut into cubes; ham and diced; dried tofu into cubes;

Heat oil in a wok, pour in the tofu cubes and fry on high heat until the surface of the tofu cubes is slightly yellow;
