Spicy Assorted Lotus Roots

1. The lotus root is peeled, washed, and then cut into cubes; the lotus root will turn black in contact with air, so soak the cut lotus root in water first to avoid oxidation and blackening~

2. Remove the stems and seeds of the green and red peppers and cut into cubes; ham and diced; dried tofu into cubes;
