Spicy Bean Drum and Radish Noodles

Ingredients needed (I soaked the dried radish in advance and cut into small pieces)

Chop the red pepper and garlic; clean the bean drum

Add oil in a hot pan, add the red peppers and stir fry until fragrant

Then add garlic and bean drum and stir fry a few times

Add diced carrot
6.
Spread over low heat and stir fry
7.
Add a small amount of soy sauce at the end
8.
Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot, put the dried noodles in after the water is boiled, add a little salt to cook

After it's cooked, pick it up in cold boiled water
10.
Put it in a bowl, add a small amount of oil, mix well, and serve with two spoons of dried bean drum radish.
Tips:
1. It is best to wear disposable gloves when cutting peppers to avoid being spicy.
2. Dried radishes are generally salty, so it is best to soak them in advance.
3. The cooked noodles will be more refreshing after being treated with cold water.
