Spicy Beef
1.
Boil beef in a cold water pot, put green onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, aniseed, and cinnamon in water! Cook for about 10 minutes, remove and drain.
2.
Pour more oil into the pot than when cooking. Add the blanched beef. Stir-fry over low heat until the color changes.
3.
After the discoloration, put it on the plate, put a little soy sauce and mix evenly into the microwave oven on high heat for ten minutes. (I stung for 15 minutes. It’s a bit hard for too long, and I’m tired of eating.)
4.
After putting the beef into the microwave. Prepare spicy ingredients. Put the sesame pepper and chili noodles in a pot and stir-fry them to create a fragrance.
5.
Take out the bitten beef. Pour into the pot, add sugar, soy sauce, and salt. Stir-fry evenly to get out of the pot! (If the mouth is light, don't add salt, don't like sweet or sugar, because I like sweet, so add sugar.)
6.
Sprinkle with cumin powder and sesame seeds. (I like to eat dried chili. The guy has fried it crispy, and put a few dried chilies in the middle of the fragrant flavor. If you like to eat spicy, you can sprinkle chili powder when you go abroad)
Tips:
When frying spicy ingredients, be sure to have a low heat, otherwise the pot will be mixed.
In fact, it can also be fried. The fried one was crispier than this one, but I thought it was a waste of oil, so I changed it to fried and then microwaved it. Save time, effort, and fuel! But there is no direct fried incense!
