Spicy Beef Jerky

1. Boil water, boil a large piece of beef, boil the bleeding water, and remove the blood. In addition, sauté fragrant white sesame seeds in a low heat in a pan and set aside.

2. Cut large pieces of beef into strips, about 1cm by 3cm.

3. Add appropriate amount of cooking oil, heat it up, add beef strips, and fry the dried beef with low heat. The oil slowly turns from turbid to clear, which means that the moisture of the beef has been fried dry. According to personal preference, choose the firmness of beef jerky.

4. Scoop up the beef and pour out the excess oil. Pour chili powder, cumin powder, and peppercorns into the pot and stir fry until fragrant. Add beef jerky and stir-fry evenly with light soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar. Stir fry until beef jerky is evenly covered with chili powder.

5. Finally, turn off the heat, pour in the fragrant white sesame seeds and stir-fry until the beef is evenly covered with sesame seeds.

Tips:

1. Chili powder, cumin powder, and peppercorns increase or decrease according to personal preference. All the materials used are approximate quantities.
2. The beef jerky is ready and put aside, it tastes better the next day!
