Spicy Beef Strips

Choose beef thigh that is chewy, or you can choose other parts

Soak in clean water to rinse off the blood

Add star anise, cinnamon, dried chili, ginger and pepper to a boil on high heat and simmer for 40 minutes

Remove the cooked beef and let cool

Cut into strips about 1 cm square

Season with salt, sugar and pepper, and mix well

Sprinkle a little dry starch on the surface

Mix the dry starch evenly

The oil is 50% hot, if it is fried until the surface is golden

Pour out the oil, sauté the dried chilies with the base oil

Add beef strips and stir fry

Add a little grapefruit soy sauce to enhance the fragrance and color. You can use light soy sauce or dark soy sauce instead of grapefruit soy sauce

Finally, add the pepper powder and stir fry evenly

Add a little bit of cooked sesame

Stir evenly to get out of the pot.
Tips:
The grapefruit soy sauce I use has a fruity aroma. If you don't have grapefruit soy sauce, you can use light soy or dark soy sauce instead.
