Spicy Boiled Shrimp

Wash the shrimp and drain the water

Chopped garlic and ginger slices

Wash star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, coriander and drain

Put corn oil on heat, add garlic, sauté fragrant, pour into shrimp

Shrimp turn red, pour into star anise, cinnamon and fragrant leaves, sauté until fragrant

Then pour boiling water over the shrimp! Cover the pot and cook for 15 minutes

Put coriander out of the pot
