This is similar to the famous chicken western spicy dish in our Jixi. People who have eaten chicken sireng noodles and spicy dishes did not say that they are not good. Those who left their hometown in Jixi will miss the chicken sireng noodles and spicy dishes the most. Taste, you can't eat it anywhere (there is also the unparalleled chicken noodles). Although the braised bracken made by myself is a bit different from the restaurant's, it can definitely satisfy the taste buds and relieve the hunger. There are many types of spicy chicken and western dishes. I'm just a bracken dressing method. In fact, you can draw inferences about it from one stone to another. I hope to introduce our Jixi and even the Northeast cuisine to more friends, and share with more friends from other places, the life of our Northeast people and the taste of Northeast people! "

Spicy Bracken

2. Add the chopped onions.

3. Add carrot shreds.

4. Add table salt.

5. Add soy sauce.

6. Add vinegar.

7. Add sugar.

8. Put in MSG.

9. Add the homemade spicy sesame oil, add this to make the double sesame flavor and spicy, the taste is excellent.

10. If you prefer something more tasty, you can put it in the refrigerator for a while and then take it out to room temperature before serving it on a plate.

Tips:

1 Braised bracken, then squeeze the water.

2 The methods and recipes of making spicy sesame oil are different from each other, so the taste of the blend is also different, but it will be delicious when it is blended.
