Spicy Braised Old Tofu

Raw materials are reserved.

Mince green garlic and set aside.

Chopped red pepper, mince green pickled pepper, mince garlic, put in a bowl and set aside.

Cut old tofu into small cubes.

Heat the oil pan, add small tofu cubes.

Fry on medium and low heat until slightly yellow.

Serve the fried tofu and set aside.
