Spicy Braised Pork

1. Cut the pork belly into small pieces, blanch it in boiling water, wash out and set aside.

Heat a little oil in the wok.

Pour the pork belly and stir fry.

Stir the pork belly out of oil, slightly charred on the surface, pour in the ingredients in Figure 2 (except the shallots), and saute until fragrant.

Pour the glutinous rice wine and stir well.

Put the dark soy sauce and stir well.

Add water to the pork belly, add the shallots, and turn to a low heat to boil for about 1 hour.

When the soup begins to thicken, add a little salt and chicken essence and turn to high heat to collect the juice.

Stir-fry constantly to spread the soup evenly on the meat until the moisture dries out and the oil is removed.
