Spicy Cabbage and Cheese Baked Rice

Prepare a bowl of rice. .

Put oil and green onions in a clean, water-free pan, fry the green onions with cold oil, and stir-fry until the oil is hot. Do not stir-fry the green onions.

When the oil is fried until dense small bubbles appear, you can add the spicy cabbage and stir-fry the flavor.

Add sugar and soy sauce and stir fry a few times, then add chili noodles and stir-fry evenly. Do not fry the chili noodles and turn off the heat.

Mix the spicy cabbage and rice well.

Place the rice in a baked rice dish, compact the rice, sprinkle with corn kernels, and spread a layer of cheese on top. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Tips:
I didn't put corn kernels in this photo, but try not to omit corn kernels, which is rich in taste and relieving greasiness.
