Spicy Cabbage Fried Rice

For the steamed rice at noon, leftover rice is used for the fried rice.

Prepare bacon, shallots and kimchi. According to my preference, I can cut kimchi into finer shreds, because my son likes larger pieces of kimchi, I didn't cut it.

Add peanut oil to the pot and fry the bacon.

Add shallots and stir fry.

Add the spicy cabbage and stir-fry. Be sure to add only the spicy cabbage and don't pour the juice in the kimchi.

Put the rice into the pot and stir fry, and finally pour the juice from the spicy cabbage to enhance the flavor. Just add salt and chicken essence according to the taste.
