Spicy Cabbage Tofu Soup

Prepare materials. Cut the spicy cabbage into sections.

Cut the potatoes into thicker slices.

Sliced pork belly.

Cut green onion into sections and slice ginger

Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Heat the pot, add a little vegetable oil, add the pork belly and stir-fry until it turns yellow. Lean out the oil inside, add green onions and ginger and stir fry to create a fragrant flavor.

Add the spicy cabbage and fry for a while, then add the potato chips, and fry for a few times until the color changes.
