It’s been a long time since I haven’t been in contact with Chaoshou. I remember that it is my favorite. Ba Shi is miserable!

Spicy Chaoshou

1. Materials ready

2. Wash the pork belly and chop the minced meat, the finer the better

3. Add eggs, a little chopped green onion, and salt to the chopped meat

4. Stir vigorously along the direction

5. Get your hands ready

6. Take a piece of hand skin and dip a little minced meat with chopsticks. Fold the hand skin in half or irregularly.

7. Dip some water in the left direction, point inward, pinch the right side and stick it directly with the left side.

8. Wrapped hand

9. Put a bowl with chili oil, light soy sauce, aging vinegar, chicken essence, green onion, garlic, and spoon a lard, (because there is no broth) (the chili oil has already put a lot of pepper, pepper powder and a lot of spices)

10. Boil the water in the pot and add it to a high heat until it floats

11. Add the soup that has been cooked in the pot and put it in a bowl

12. Use a colander to leak out the hand and install it

13. Incredibly fragrant

14. Later, I packed two more boxes and left them in the refrigerator after eating.

Tips:

The seasoning can be adjusted according to your preference, you can add sesame oil, sesame oil, winter vegetables and other freshness according to your preference.
