Spicy Chicken

For the marinating of the chicken, I first added salt, cooking wine, ginger slices, and green onions. Take out the ginger slices and scallion segments after they are flavored, put in the starch, mix well, and wait until the pot is cooked

Pour the delicious chicken, the chicken was cut a bit bigger by me

Put the pepper in the remaining oil and sauté, you can put more pepper

Then add dried chili, then add ginger and garlic. Stir fry

Finally, pour in the scallions and the two green strips, add some salt and stir-fry until it is out of the pot
Tips:
It’s best to use chicken thigh meat, but I use chicken breast instead of it.
