Spicy Chicken

Ingredients: 800g chicken drumsticks, rinsed and drained, chopped for later use.

Ingredients: sliced green onion, 3 slices of ginger, 2 tablespoons of garlic slices, 6 peppers.

Seasoning: 1 tablespoon of bean paste, 1/2 teaspoon of Chinese pepper powder, 1 star anise, 1 small piece of cinnamon, 1 clove, and 1/2 teaspoon of cumin.

Pick up the frying pan, add the chicken nuggets and stir-fry until the surface is yellow and bright and remove.

Then put the ingredients into the pan and fry until fragrant.

Add chicken nuggets, spray some Shao wine and stir fry a few times.

Put all the seasonings in the pot, add 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1.5 tsp sugar, 180ml water and boil the chicken nuggets.

Cover the pot, reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes, turn on the high and medium heat to collect the sauce, then add the chicken essence and mix well.
