Spicy Chicken

Wash chicken breasts, carrots, and green peppers.

Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
3.
Put the diced meat in a container, add salt, cooking wine, and white pepper, stir evenly and marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut the carrots into cubes and the green peppers into small pieces.
5.
Pick up the frying pan, put the marinated chicken in the pan and serve it out.

Use the remaining oil, put the carrots and green peppers in the pot and serve them out.

Re-start the frying pan, stir-fry the green onion and ginger with spicy sauce.
8.
Stir-fry the diced chicken.
9.
Stir-fry carrots and green peppers.
10.
Stir-fry with salt.
11.
Stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat, serve and enjoy.
