Spicy Chicken

Cut small pieces of chicken legs and marinate for 30 minutes with salt, light soy sauce, and cooking wine. (The chicken legs are chopped when you buy them) Cut the sausage into small pieces, and soak the dried red peppers in hot water for ten minutes. Cut into sections and smash the garlic.

Pour oil in the pot and heat it up.

Add the chicken nuggets and fry on low heat until the chicken nuggets are discolored and remove.

The oil in the pot boiled again.

Pour in the chicken nuggets and fry them until golden brown and remove them.

Add the sausages and fry them slightly.

Wash the pot and pour an appropriate amount of oil.

Pour in the pepper, chili and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Tips:
1 Just leave the sausage in the pan for a few seconds to avoid frying.
2 The chili should be sautéed over a low heat, and be careful not to burn it.
