Spicy Chicken

2 large chicken drumsticks that I bought back

Knock out the chicken thigh bones

Cut into small pieces

Add cooking wine, ginger juice, light soy sauce, salt and pepper to marinate for more than half an hour

Coat the marinated chicken thighs with starch

Heat up the frying pan and add starch-coated chicken thighs and fry until golden brown

Remove and drain the oil
8.
Put the ginger and garlic in another oil pan

Add pepper
10.
Add in small red peppers and stir up the aroma

Add the fried chicken and stir dry together
12.
Add some light soy sauce
13.
Stir in sugar and chicken powder
14.
Sprinkle chopped green onion and white sesame seeds before starting the pan
Tips:
Cut the chicken thighs into small pieces and fry them on high fire, so that the outside is easy to be crispy! Tender inside too!
