Spicy Chicken

Chop the chicken legs into small pieces, add the cooking wine light soy sauce, spiced noodles, salt and ginger slices, and marinate for 1 hour

Boil the oil to 60% heat, put the marinated chicken thigh pieces in the pan, fry the golden brown, remove it, and fry again

Remove the fried chicken thigh pieces out to control oil for later use

Pour a little oil in the hot pan and add the sliced garlic
