Spicy Chicken Feet

Fresh chicken feet remove toe nails and rinse repeatedly.

Add the water and the cooking wine and cook for 15 minutes. It's too cold, a lemon is squeezed out of juice, we marinate it for ten minutes.

All the spices are mixed into a bowl of juice.

Raise the oil in the pot and add the peppercorns. Ginger slices. Green onions. After the star anise and cinnamon are fried for fragrant, remove these ingredients and leave only the oil.

Deep fry chicken feet over medium heat

Pour the sauce and stir fry. Add a few more cloves of garlic. Put a small amount of water and simmer for ten minutes.

Add pickled peppers and heat up the juice. Turn off the heat and let the chicken feet sit in the pot for another ten minutes.

Tips:
If you don’t like the taste of lemon juice, use white vinegar instead. Put more peppercorns.
