Spicy Coke Chicken Wings

Prepare the ingredients and wash them. Cut two knives in the chicken wings and a knife on the back. Add salt and cooking wine in a bowl and marinate for 10 minutes.

Put the marinated chicken wings in a pot, add water, boil a few slices of ginger, pour out the foam and remove the chicken wings.

Put star anise in the pot, fry the grass fruit first, and pour the peanut oil into the fragrant.

Pour in green onion, ginger, garlic and chili, then add the cooked chicken wings, stir-fry evenly, and spread the fried chicken wings flat.

Fry until the chicken wings are golden on both sides

Pour in cola and soy sauce and cook until the juice is collected. If you like sweetness, pour more Coke, and if you don’t like it, pour less.

Garnish with chopped green onions.
