Spicy Cold Edamame

Remove the edges and corners of the edamame, wash it, put it in a pot and add water to submerge the edamame, add a little salt and an star anise, and bring to a boil.

When cooking edamame, cut the garlic meat into minced garlic and cut dried chili into sections. Red chili is also fine. I forgot to buy it, so I used dried chili.

After the edamame is cooked, remove the water and place it in a plate.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add Chinese pepper, minced garlic, minced chili, light soy sauce, vinegar, appropriate amount of salt, pepper, and chicken essence, and stir well.
