Spicy Cold Noodles

Slice the carrots.

Shred the carrots.

Shred the cucumber.
4.
Cut red rice pepper into circles.

Pour light soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper oil, chili oil, sesame oil, pepper, salt, and sugar into a bowl and stir evenly.

Pour the noodles into boiling water, and pour a small amount of cold water after boiling.

When it boils again, remove the noodles out of cold water.

Then pour the sauce into the noodles and stir well.

Add shredded cucumber, shredded carrots, minced garlic, chopped coriander and red rice pepper rings.

Spicy cold noodles are complete!
Tips:
1. Under the boiling water, add a little cold water after the water is boiled and wait until it boils again to remove the noodles.
2. If you want a cooler taste, you can use ice water over the noodles.
