Spicy Corn

Corn peeled and cut into sections

Then stand up the cut corn, all four or six petals

Chopped garlic

Add garlic cloves in a hot pan with cold oil and stir fry for a fragrance

Add in Pixian bean paste and stir fry for a fragrant flavor

Pour the corn and stir fry evenly

Add boiling water, light soy sauce, sugar, salt

Spicy pepper, Chinese pepper, aniseed, bay leaves

Add the peppers and cook together, cover the pot, and cook the corn until soft.
Tips:
1. The amount of water should not be too much, the amount of water is slightly less than that of corn.
2. It is best to use ordinary corn.
