Spicy Crab

3 bread crabs, clean with a brush

Chop into small pieces

Prepare the green onion

From the frying pan, fry the chives, ginger, garlic

Pour the crab pieces

Stir fry, add a little cooking wine, chili sauce (you can use some spicy pot base) and salt

After the crabs turn red, add a little water, cover the pot and simmer on high heat, about 10 minutes

Drain the soup and turn off the heat.

There were too many crabs to fit on the plate, so I found a small pot to fit it and served it!
