Spicy Crayfish

After washing the crayfish, add ginger, garlic, green onion, cooking wine and salt to marinate for 30 minutes

Pour proper amount of oil into the pan, add the ginger and garlic diced to fry until fragrant, add the marinated crayfish, stir fry for a few minutes, see the shrimp shells are all red, set aside

Pour proper amount of oil in the pan, add the sea pepper section, stir fry on low heat and then add the peppercorns to stir fry

After the chili seeds are fragrant, add the previously fried shrimps, add garlic, salt and stir fry, and finally add some green onions, stir fry and put on a pan.
