Spicy Crayfish

Raise the crayfish in the water for a while, wash and drain the shrimp thread. The one I bought is prepared and blanched, so it is red. Cut the green onion into sections and peel the garlic.

Add more oil to the pot and heat it up.

Add crayfish and stir fry.

Add all the spices and stir-fry evenly, set aside.

Add the spicy bean paste to the remaining oil in the pot and stir fry until well mixed.

Add crayfish, cooking wine, sugar, five-spice powder, and appropriate amount of water, don't overwhelm the crayfish. The soup is almost ready to be out of the pot when it is collected.
