Ingredients

Spicy Crayfish

1. Use a brush to clean the shrimp, and use scissors to cut off the tip of the head to remove the dirty inside.

2. Then remove the tendons from the tail of the shrimp and cut the tail to make it easier to taste!

3. Put oil (a little more) in the pot. Before the oil is completely heated, add pepper, ginger slices, angelica, bay leaves, star anise, cinnamon, onion, garlic cloves (more) and chili and stir fry until fragrant. Pour the washed shrimp when the garlic cloves are slightly yellow.

4. After the shrimps are poured in, after the shrimps turn red, pour some cooking wine along the side of the pot. Continue to stir fry! Add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, fried shrimp seasoning, and continue to stir fry. Wait for the shrimp to taste delicious! Add beer to submerge the shrimp and start braising!

5. After simmering for 10 minutes, add green pepper slices, cucumber strips, and boiled eggs! Keep simmering!

6. After the cucumber is ripe, add some sugar. Stir fry for a while, get up! A total of about 30 minutes before and after simmering!
