Spicy Crispy Potato Skewers

Cut potatoes into long pieces.

Chop both sides with chopsticks, cut diagonally first, and then cut vertically after the rice noodles.
3.
Coat with cornstarch.
4.
Fry in the pan.
5.
You can use sticks to skewer for frying, or you can use chopsticks to hold the ends.
6.
Brush with spicy sauce after frying.
7.
Add some cumin at the end.
