Wash the tofu and cut it into two pieces from the middle, mince the green onion, ginger, garlic, and chili. Take a small bowl and put a spoonful of starch, a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of chicken essence, and a half bowl of water. Mix well and set aside.

Rinse the pan and heat it, add a proper amount of cooking oil, add tofu cubes and fry on medium heat until golden on both sides.

Add ginger, garlic, chili and pepper and stir-fry for a fragrance, and shake the handle of the pot so that the tofu is not easy to rot.
