Spicy Cumin Chicken Gizzards

Chop green onion, mince garlic, shred the pepper with an oblique knife, and cut parsley into sections.

Cut the chicken gizzards into sections in the middle, then chop them into small pieces with a slicing knife.

Let the water sit in a pot, boil the chicken gizzards for two minutes after boiling, rinse with cold water and set aside.

Pour oil in the pan, heat the oil and pour the shallots, garlic and shredded pepper until fragrant.

Add the blanched chicken gizzards and stir fry.
