Eat radish in winter and ginger in summer. The weather is cold and the frequency of eating radish is getting higher and higher. Radishes are both healthy and economical, and they are very delicious no matter how they are processed. Cut the white radish into cubes, use a little salt to kill the water, add the fried bean paste and mix evenly, and then sprinkle with the fragrant coriander, a simple and quick cold dish, appetizer with rice, it has many effects.

Spicy Diced Radish

1. Wash the white radish and peel it, and wash the coriander.

2. Cut the white radish into cubes, add salt, stir and marinate for 10 minutes.

3. Start the frying pan, stir the ginger and garlic into the pan, and stir-fry the bean paste.

4. Stir-fry with sugar and turn off the heat evenly.

5. The marinated radish is controlled by the water, and the fried bean paste is added.

6. Stir well, sprinkle with coriander and enjoy.

Tips:

Like spicy, you don't need to add sugar when frying bean paste.
